Swan Valley

The Swan Valley occupies a south east corridor bordered by the Darling Scarp to the east. It contains the most fertile lands on the coastal plans making it a distinct region within the Perth metropolitan area. Historically it was home to the state’s oldest wineries, and today it continues to be known for food and drink production including dried fruits, preserves, pickles, chocolate, fudge, truffles, nuts and nougat. The number of restaurants and breweries continues to grow, making this one of the most popular wedding regions in the state.
