Reggie & Shaze’s meticulously planned Fremantle wedding at Little Creatures

Jason Tey shares the wedding of Reggie and Sharleen at one of our favourite ceremony locations: Quarantine Park in Bicton. It’s such a lovely, quiet place overlooking the river with plenty of shady trees and the historic Bicton Baths down at the foot of the bank. Jason says the wedding was just something else… Shaze has an incredible focus and attention to detail and she planned everything, leaving no stone unturned in the quest to make this wedding the best ever.

Janine & Mitchell’s traditional wedding at Pagoda Spa & Resort

It’s always nice to see a bride enjoying themselves—and we mean, really enjoying themselves—on this most stressful of days. Janine certainly did—she calls it the best day ever! Mitchell and her have known each other since they we were kids and went to Primary and High School together. He was also her neighbour, and his cubby-house even overlooked her backyard. She says that she spent her entire childhood jealous of that cubby!

Rolling Hills and Ocean Views at Kacie & Justin’s Rustic Wedding in the South West

Just take a look at the backdrop to Kacie & Justin’s rustic south west wedding—beautiful rolling green hills and fields, just what they always imagined. This farm was their grandparents’, and they are the only people to have been married there, so it will always feel a bit special to them. The photography was by Peter Edwards Photography who made the best of slightly cloudy day to bring out rich daytime colours and a dramatic evening sky.

We haven't had a chance to feature a Geraldton wedding yet, so we were excited to receive this one from Angie Roe Photography. Angie shares Grant and Fleur's boho-inspired wedding with a bit of a festival vibe. We love it! Angie says that with the sun shining, and—amazingly for Geraldton—no wind, it was the perfect outdoor wedding under the teepees at St Pat's Oval.

Sarah & Jay’s Romantic Garden Wedding beneath the Trees at Laurelville Manor

Well we didn’t plan it, but we’re going to be featuring York for the the second time this week. Not a bad thing—we think it’s Western Australia’s most beautiful historic town! Sarah certainly thought so. Living in Hong Kong for two years with Jay they wanted a proper wedding, and somewhere not too far from Perth. They chose Laurelville Manor, one of the oldest buildings in York.
